About Us
“Pathshala” is the Indian word for school and yes this is the place where you can learn, train and improve your chess!
Chess Pathshala is an online academy founded by Grandmaster Swapnil Dhopade to provide quality chess coaching to young kids who want to learn and excel in chess.
GM Swapnil is the coach of the Indian Women’s Chess team and also Raunak Sadhwani who became a Grandmaster at the age of just 13 years and 9 months! He is also the author of multiple chess books and courses. He has written books and courses for famous publications like Chessable and Quality Chess.
GM Swapnil Dhopade designs all the chess courses offered by Chess Pathshala. The coaches working in our academy are personally trained by our head coach, GM Swapnil Dhopade.
